We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who’s passionate about innovation for sustainability and the ocean. You will be supporting our young and dynamic team team.

✨ What will you do?

- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and greeting visitors.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and newsletters.
- Manage and update company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support the HR department with onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Coordinate and support company events, meetings, and other activities as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
